+ How do I place an order on your site?
Ordering on our site is a very simple and streamlined experience! Pop into our online store, add the products you'd like to purchase into your cart, and click on the cart to the top-right of the navigation whenever you're ready to checkout.
+ Do I have to make an account?
Not at all! However, if you do see yourself shopping with us again, you should definitely sign up to save your shipping address and payment methods!
+ What payment methods are accepted here?
All payments on our online store are processed through Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Discover, and ApplePay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
If you’d like to pay through PayPal, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set up an invoice for you.
+ How do I redeem my gift card?
If you purchased or received a gift card, you can use the attached code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from the cart total.
+ Will my payment method be charged immediately?
Yes, your payment method will be billed immediately.
+ How will I know my order went through?
You'll be directed to a checkout success page, and a order confirmation will be emailed to you.
+ Where do you ship?
Our store only allows shipping in the contiguous United States. If you'd like to have your item shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, email us at email@example.com.
+ How fast is shipping?
We ship through various carriers, so it depends. It can be as fast as next day and at the slowest, five days.
+ How will I know when my item arrives?
We generally ship every next business day, so you will receive a tracking number as soon as it goes out.
+ How do I return an item I purchased on this site?
Our return policy is simple, if you are unsatisfied with an item you received, it can be returned in its original packaging unused within 30 calendar days.
+ Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We will issue a return label for you to re-deliver the packaging including all of its original contents to our location. Upon arrival, it will be inspected for any damages or items that were not included.
+ I placed an order with incorrect information, how can I fix this?
If the item hasn't been shipped out yet, there is still hope! Contact us immediately and we will correct the discrepancies were in the initial order.
However, if the item has already been shipped out, there is no guarantee we can correct the order, depending on the issue.
+ How do I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll cancel your order then issue a refund immediately.
Orders can not be cancelled after they are fufilled.
+ What does 'Kayuh' mean?
It means 'pedal' in Malay. You're welcome.
+ Are you guys hiring?
Sometimes. Send us your resume and we'll contact you when there's an opening.
+ Do you sponsor riders/events?
On occasion. We can't sponser everything but let us know what you're offering. The worst we can say is no.
